Hrishikesh Vasishth has spent over ten years in post-production, across podcast and video editing, sound design, dialogue editing and film sound — the full span of what arrives as raw recordings and leaves as something finished.

Vrinda Media Lab exists because of what he kept seeing between those disciplines. Picture houses send the audio out; audio houses never see the cut. Every handover loses something: a sound design idea that would have changed a scene, a pacing note that only makes sense once you have heard the mix. The studio runs both sides under one roof so that conversation happens in the room.

He still supervises the work rather than only selling it. Scoping is done honestly — if a recording cannot be saved he says so before anyone pays, and if a cheaper approach would do the job he says that too.
